We made a mistake late yesterday evening and unintentionally placed a Recaptcha challenge in the site search box (at the top right of all pages).
The person responsible (The Boss) has been suitably chastised and offers his apologies for any inconvenience caused to site visitors. In his defence he pleads long hours worked over the past four months (sorry Boss, we are all tired) and a need to take a break to catch fish!(Maybe the Boss will take the whole crew!)
Fixed and Removed
This error was only discovered this morning, and has now been removed. If you are still seeing the captcha, please delete your browser cache and refresh the page. The Boss meant to place the Recaptcha in a special submission form being written to make it easy for support requests for WP Online Store (osCommerce) to be forwarded to our tech support – placing it instead in the search form field.
More Fixes on the Way
Tomorrow we begin another period of routine site maintenance and system updates. A number of website backend functions will be undergoing updating over the coming days. Like everything else our website needs a bit of TLC form time to time, sadly neglected since December last year due to more urgent matters, like attending to customers’ needs…
Unfortunately, some of the maintenance procedures will require the site to be taken offline for several hours. We expect the offline period to start at around 07h00 GMT, and may continue for up to six hours. Further (shorter)disruptions to normal service can be expected during the day, and into Sunday. We offer our apologies in advance for inconvenience this will cause.
